Victoria Orzhekhovsky was born and raised in the country of Ukraine. In 1995 she relocated with her parents to Sacramento, California where she grew up, attended grade school, college, worked, married, and started her family. She comes from a background of 15+ years working in Education/ Social Service industry and brings communication, organization, critical thinking, advocacy, negotiations, and active listening skills learned through that industry to utilize when working with her real estate clients.

Victoria Orzhekhovsky attended American River College and earned an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development, and her skills in Education give her a unique insight into how to serve her clients better by being flexible and highly organized, be able to find and negotiate the best deal as well as educate and advocate for her clients. She is eager to serve others by helping them navigate through the buying and selling of their home. Victoria’s dedication to exceptional client service does not cease with the completion of the sale, but she continues to provide continued client satisfaction long after the initial transaction.


Victoria Orzhekhovsky organized and led a Women’s Ministry program in her church that has earned her a real-life experience in time management, marketing, budgeting, and serving others. These skills make Victoria uniquely suited to serving real estate buyers and sellers. She is dedicated to God, family, and business mentality. Victoria’s mission statement is: “To glorify God by humbly providing the highest level of honesty and expertise while putting her clients’ interests above her own”.

In 2021 Victoria Orzhekhovsky relocated with her family to the Upstate of South Carolina. She entered the Real Estate world to educate, advocate and provide honest and dedicated service to all her clients. She wants to meet new people and build new friendships while helping people accomplish homeownership. The motto for Victoria is: One Goal, One Passion, YOUR HOME! Victoria provides a comprehensive service to all her clients including Notary service and Documents translation from Ukrainian and Russian languages to English.

Victoria Orzhekhovsky is married and lives in Spartanburg County with her spouse, 5 children and a few pets. She spends her free time reading, crafting, and baking. Enjoying as many family trips to the beach, hiking, and camping as possible. Traveling is another favorite activity for Victoria. Being able to learn about the history and culture, explore new places and experience different cuisines is very exciting and fulfilling. Locally exploring all the amazing places, the Upstate of South Carolina offers things like parks, shops, restaurants, businesses, coffee shops and other fun places and events. Victoria stives to be involved in her community and to give back.
